    The Midwest Pension Rights Project...

  • serves Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Arkansas, and Mississippi and other states
    without AOA pension projects
  • charges no fees for services
  • served more than 12,000 clients since 1994 recovering over $12
    million in pension and survivor benefits
  • receives funds from federal and private grants, including the
    U.S. Administration on Aging; The Trio Foundation of St. Louis;
    OWL, the Voice of Midlife and Older Women; Emerson Electric Company;
    The Retirement Research Foundation; and The Simon Foundation.
 The Midwest Pension Rights Project, with offices in St. Louis and Chicago, is the only free service in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa and Mississippi that provides attorneys to answer questions about pension benefits, obtains unclaimed pension or survivor benefits, appeals denial of pension rights and maintains a library of pension plans from nationally known companies.
